Admissions Overview

Like the school itself, Russell Bede School’s application process is inviting and comfortable. It includes:

• An informational conference with parents in which they tour the school, discuss their child’s needs, observe classes and meet staff.
• Submission of written materials including the application form below, observations from previous teachers about attitudes, basic skills and areas of needs; IEPs, psychological reports, and any other evaluations available.
• Student intake interview in which the student meets informally with staff for approximately half an hour.
• Classroom observation in which the student visits the school for one morning and participates in the learning environment.
• After a verbal agreement on admission and if openings are available, completion of written registration forms.

To get started, please fill out the application form below. There is a non-refundable $100 application fee. Upon acceptance, parents must fill out a registration form.

Public Tours: Public tours of Russell Bede School are offered on the first Wednesday and the third Thursday of each month at 9 a.m. through December 6. For a reservation, please call the school office at 650-579-4400 or email info@russellbedeschool.com.
